本文使用ARM7微處理器設計一電能管理系統來控制磷酸鋰鐵電池(LiFePO4)與超級電容(Super Capacitor)並聯供電之管理。當電池供電給負載時,依據負載功率需求的狀況,透過電力調度的機制,使得磷酸鋰鐵電池的轉換效率維持在良好的充/放電狀態,進而提升磷酸鋰鐵電池的供電量。本文透過電力調度的機制讓磷酸鋰鐵電池能依負載的大小,調整其輸出電流的大小。當負載所需的電流未超過磷酸鋰鐵電池的額定輸出電流時,磷酸鋰鐵電池經過降壓轉換器提供負載電能,同時經過升/降壓轉換器對超級電容充電;當負載所需的電流超過磷酸鋰鐵電池的額定輸出電流時,超級電容與磷酸鋰鐵電池會分別經過不同的降壓轉換器提供能量至負載。經過實際測試,本文提供的供電方式可以減少電池在大電流供電的時間,並提升電池的供電量。 |

The study designed an ARM-based parallel power supply system(APPSS) to dispatch the power of LiFePO4 battery and super capacitors. According to the different conditions of load demand, this paper proposed a power dispatch mechanism to improve the conversion efficiency of the LiFePO4 battery to provide more power. The super capacitors stored energy from LiFePO4 battery at low load, and supplied energy to high load together with LiFePO4 battery. If the load current did not exceed the rated output current of LiFePO4 battery, the APPSS will dispatch the power of LiFePO4 battery to supply energy to load and to charge the super capacitors at the same time. On the other hand, if the load current exceeded the rated output current of LiFePO4 battery, the APPSS will dispatch the both power of LiFePO4 battery and super capacitors simultaneously to supply load with enough energy. The experiment result of the proposed method by APPSS showed that the LiFePO4 battery can provide more power by reducing the time of high-current power output. |
