作者回顧了入職25年來的職業發展曲徑，穿插中層管理者經驗的基層中學教師、研究所科研人員、研究生、大學教學與研究人員，經歷多次社會位移，作者在「逃離」與「面對」的自主選擇實踐行動中學習辨識自我、看見社會體制性差異，明確了實踐取向的研究方法，一方面以不同的專案介入學校和區域教育實踐變革，一方面從事研究生教學，使用協同探究的方法，與基層教育工作者和研究生一同經歷實踐知識的探究與轉化。

The article is a review of the 25-year career of the author: Beginning as a middle school biology teacher, then a researcher at an academic institute, then a graduate student, and finally a faculty member in a university. The career choices encompassed either ”escaping” or ”facing.” In the process of practical action, the author learned to recognize herself, gaining insight into the divergences of social systems. Furthermore, she conducted research following practice-orientated methodology, being involved in school- and district-level reforms, while teaching in a graduate program. Through collaborative exploration, the author experienced the exploration and transformation of practical knowledge with both educators and graduate students.
