居家服務督導員對居家服務品質有密切的影響,本研究主要探討居家服務督導員的督導職能、職務勝任感和督導功能的關係。在本研究中,督導職能包括熟悉作業流程、瞭解法令規範和連結資源網絡,職務勝任感包括問題解決能力、自我覺察能力和提升專業知能,督導功能包括行政、教育和支持三大功能。本研究對象為高雄地區居家服務督導員,共計回收110份有效樣本。研究結果顯示,居家服務督導員對於法令規範的瞭解和專業知能的提升有待加強,而影響職務勝任感的主要因素為熟悉作業流程和瞭解法令規範,影響督導功能的主要因素為瞭解法令規範、工作年資和是否上過進階訓練。研究者建議未來應加強居家服務督導員的在職訓練(包括進階訓練和成長訓練),尤其是加強對作業流程的熟悉與法令規範的瞭解,如此才能對居家服務督導員有實質的幫助。 |
英文摘要 |
Home care service supervisors have profound influence on the quality of home care services. The research mainly aims at investigating the relationships among a home care service supervisor's capability, job competence and supervisory functions. In this study, a supervisor's capability refers to his or her familiarity with working procedures, understanding of laws and regulations, and connecting the resource network. A supervisor's job competence includes problem-solving ability, self-awareness and development of professional knowledge. Supervisory functions refer to a supervisor's administrative, educational and support functions. Subjects of this research are home care service supervisors from Kaohsiung area; 110 questionnaires were collected as study samples. The findings indicate that home care service supervisors need to improve their understanding of laws and regulations as well as professional knowledge. Moreover, the supervisors' familiarity with working procedures as well as laws and regulations are two main factors affecting one's job competence. Furthermore, understanding of laws and regulations, work experience and whether or not one has obtained advanced training play a crucial role in one's supervisory functions. This study highly suggest that to provide home care service supervisors with actual supports, in-service trainings (including advanced training and personal development training) should be strengthened in the future, especially familiarizing themselves with working procedures as well as understanding laws and regulations. |
