本文以二位藝術才能資賦優異成人回顧其生涯抉擇歷程,據此提出思考與論述,作為提供輔導藝術才能資優學生生涯抉擇之參考。發現如下:(1) 藝術教育應更重視生涯引導,以及如何於自我實現與生計抉擇取得平衡;(2) 根據其論述,了解藝術才能資賦優異者如何抉擇其生涯,並達成自我認同之歷程。

英文摘要

The paper discussed the two adults with artistic talent and reviewed their career development and career choices in retrospect. The main findings were as follows: (1) art education should pay more attention to career guidance; (2) the artistic talent adults finally struck a balance between self-realization and livelihood choices, which help us understand how the two adults choose their career paths and achieve self-identity.
