本研究旨在了解大學生對生死學的學習需求、需求滿足、老師教學勝任度,以及探討學習需求與需求滿足、學習需求與教學勝任間是否達到平衡。以32所大學中選讀生死學的學生為母群體,以校為單位,採隨機抽樣法,拍此16所樣本學校,得有效樣本421人。以研究者自編的結構式問卷來蒐集資料。結果顯示,研究對象對生死學42項內容的學習需求,「需要以上(M=4.00以上)」的有21項。從學習需求的角度來看,需求滿足「傾向滿足(M=3.51至3.99)」的有28項;覺得老師的教學是否勝任,「傾向勝任(M=3.51至3.99)」的有42項;學習需求與需求滿足達到平衡者只有3項;學習需求與教學勝任達到平衡者只有10項。最後,針對研究結果加以討論,並在生死學的教與學方面提出若干結論與建議。 |

The purposes of this study were to understand university students' learning demand, demand satisfied, teachers' instruction competence for life-and-death studies and to explore whether the learning demand and demand satisfied, learning demand and instruction competence were balance or not. The population was who were learning life-and-death studies in 32 universities. There were 421 students in 16 universities that were sampled by using random sampling and the sampling unit was school. The instrument was a structured questionnaire designed by the researcher for data collection. The results revealed that among 42 contents of the life-and-death studies, there were 21 contents that were ”demanded (M=4.00 above)” by the subjects. From the viewpoint of the learning demand, the demand satisfied that was ”satisfied tendency (M=3.51 to 3.99)” were 28 contents, the teachers' instruction competence that was ”competence tendency (M=3.51 to 3.99)” were 42 contents, and there were 3 contents got balance between learning demand and demand satisfied, 10 contents between learning demand and instruction competence. At last the result was discussed and some conclusions and suggestions were brought up for the instruction and learning of life-death studies. |
