本研究目的在瞭解國小學生運動安全認知、態度與行為間的關係。以自編結構式問卷為工具,採立意取樣的方式選擇台中市某國小高年級學生為研究對象,有效問卷共278份。重要研究結果如下: 一、研究對象的運動安全認知尚佳,但對運動傷害後的處理措施方面認知較欠缺。運動安全態度偏正向。運動安全行為表現達中等水準以上。 二、運動安全認知、運動安全態度與運動安全行為三者之間呈顯著正相關。 三、性別、家庭社經地位、運動安全認知與運動安全態度可解釋運動安全行為總變異量的24.8%,其中又以運動安全態度最能有效預測運動安全行為。最後本研究提供若干建議,以作為進一步加強國小學生安全運動行為之用。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between sports safety cognition, attitude, and behavior. A structured questionnaire was developed and used in this case study. The purpose sampling design was adopted to collect a total 278 effective questionnaires from senior grade students of an elementary school in Taichung city. The major findings are as follows: 1. Research objects are good in sports safety cognition, but lack of cognition in sport injury treatments. Research objects are positive in sports safety attitude and acted above average in sports safety behavior. 2. Sports safety cognition, sports safety attitude, and sports safety behavior are positive correlated in this study. 3. Variables including gender, family socioeconomic status, sports safety cognition and sports safety attitude can explain 24.8% variance of sports safety behavior. Among all the variables, sports safety attitude is the best predictor for sports safety behavior. According to the findings of this study, several recommendations are submitted to enhance sports safety behavior in elementary school. |
