知識經濟時代的新競爭利器,乃是知識,以及專業領域與組織所累積的「智慧資本」。然而,知識的擁有者是人,「人」是知識的載具及運用者,唯有發揮人力資源管理效能,才能提升人員分享及追求知識的意願與能力,將個人知識透過知識創新、知識儲存、知識分享與知識利用等活動,轉化為大眾的知識,以協助大眾追求更高的生產能力、更好的競爭力與生活品質。因此對健康教育領域而言,如何將知識管理與人力資源管理結合,隨著健康教育的特定需求而作相對應調整,有效提升民眾健康促進層面,將是知識經濟時代下的一大挑戰。 |
英文摘要 |
Knowledge and intellectual capital accumulated by the professional organizations are the new tools for competition in the era of knowledge - based economy. Man is the possessor, carrier and user of knowledge. Enhancing the efficiency of human resource management is the effective way to upgrade the willingness and. ability of sharing and pursuing knowledge. Therefore, personal knowledge needs to be transferred as public knowledge through knowledge innovation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization for the sake of assisting the public to pursue higher productivity, better ability of competition and quality of life. In the profession of health education, a new tough challenge in the era of knowledge - based economy is the appropriate way to integrate knowledge management and human resource management in order to meet the special needs of health education profession and to promote the public's health. |
