本研究之目的在探討學生的情緒智力分數與期末成績以及畢業成績的關係。研究對象為科技大學二技畢業班學生共46人,均為女性,年齡由21歲至38歲,平均年齡22.67歲,標準差2.43。使用工具為「青少年情緒智力量表」。由迴歸分析發現,情緒智力十個分量表與期末成績及畢業成績的關係,均在「表達個人情緒」此項呈顯著差異,其餘分量表則無關聯。本研究顯示,善於表達個人情緒者有較佳的學業成績。 |
英文摘要 |
This study's purpose was to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement among college students. The sample consisted of 46 female students, all between the ages of 21 and 38, with a mean age of 22.67 years (SD=2.43). The Adolescent Emotional Intelligence (Chiang, 2001)was utilized in this study. Stepwise regression was also used. Our main findings are as follows: (1) ”expression of personal emotion” correlated significantly with academic achievement; (2) ”expression of personal emotion” correlated significantly with graduate achievement. Our results suggest that students who are more skilled at the expression of personal emotion may have a better record of academic achievement. |
