The purpose of this study is to apply theory of supervision in children counseling, and integrate a set of supervision structure, including stages of supervision and tasks. This study also apply Bernard’s discrimination model to lead counselors into awareness of their conceptualization skills, personalization skills, intervention skills. By this analysis and discussion, the author intends to understand supervisors’ supervising behaviors and assist children counselors’ professional growth.
