洋蔥(Allium cepa L.)造粒種子以沸石乾燥4個小時,種子含水量由14.4%下降至1.3%,且乾燥後的種子硬度足夠,亦無沸石混雜及沾粘的現象。此外,種子發芽率及田間萌芽率與對照組相似,以沸石與熱風乾燥處理對洋蔥造粒種子發芽率無顯著影響。洋蔥造粒種子在貯藏12個月內,僅以3倍的沸石量進行乾燥處理,其種子貯藏4、10、12個月後,發芽率會顯著低於對照組。 |
英文摘要 |
The water content of pelleted onion (Allium cepa L.) seeds dehydrated with zeolite was decreased from 14.4% to 1.3%. After the drying treatment, the zeolite could easily separate from seeds and the pelleted seeds were still hard. The germination and emergence percentage of the treated seeds didn't significantly different with the control. The germination percentage of zeolite seeds drying by zeolite was not significantly different compared to hot air drying. During one year storage, the germination percentage of seeds drying with 3 times amount of zeolite significantly lower than control seeds after stored for 4, 10, 12 monthes. |
