本論文首先回顧每逢7月土用之日,日本人習慣吃的鰻魚在日本文獻上的記載與確定在日本飲食上不動之地位的過程。繼之;從日本人常使用的諺語、以鰻魚為主題描繪的小說、電影的各角度,多方面探討鰻魚的多元化面相,藉以摸索出日本人今後如何從自然生態來思考如何與即將瀕臨絕跡的鰻魚相處之道。 |
英文摘要 |
The gastronomic culture which will eat an eel on the doyo-no-ushino-hi in July is fixed to Japan for many years every year. However, a fish catch of an eel decreases and the news of being specified as endangered species is also flowing in recent years. This report would like to think towards aiming at harmony with nature by ecology theory in such international conditions. First, an eel looks back upon the history fixed to Japanese society from ancient times to the present age. The ecriture of the "eel" of Japanese social-culture is solved from history and a sociocultural aspect. Simultaneously, a possibility of changing Japanese traditional gastronomic culture is explored from a relation with an environmental problem. I would like to do this research the trial which searches for the possibility that the relation between nature and a human being renewals, from the field of Japanese traditional gastronomic culture and eco-criticism. |
