The outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020 swept the world, bringing an unprecedented shock and blow to the travel industry. The travel industry was one of the most seriously affected by the epidemic. Tour guides are an important force in promoting tourism development and a key factor in improving the quality of tourism services. In the post-epidemic era, the question of what should happen to Japanese tour guides has become an important issue in the tourism industry. In this study, PAC analysis was conducted to find out the anxious personal attitude constructs of three Japanese tour guides in the epidemic and how they planned their careers in the epidemic. 10 clustering items related to personal, tourism and government orientation were obtained. The results of this study will provide a useful reference for the national government, travel agencies, and related units of the Japanese Department to develop corresponding counseling recommendations and support systems to link the workplace coping ability of Japanese tourism.
