資訊產品在「綠色包裝」潮流的催化下,材料的應用以「瓦楞紙」做為包裝緩衝結構體設計的素材,是合乎時代潮流的。對於包裝緩衝結構體在包裝設計教育與包裝設計方法的知識庫建構中,目前均以設計經驗累積、傳承與廠商提供相關適合包裝緩衝結構體設計之預設數值設定。因此,本研究研擬出可提供應用參考的七大類瓦楞紙包裝緩衝結構體:固定結構、緩衝結構、固定與緩衝綜合結構、間隔結構、卡榫結構、包裝外箱型式及其他輔助材料;探討適切的資訊產品包裝的緩衝結構體設計模組。並且藉由「焦點團體訪談法」(focusing group interviewing)資料蒐集,歸納出: (l)產品重量、體積、形態複雜性、產品屬性與產品精密性、產品脆弱度,皆會改變各項緩衝結構體設計的預設數值等級,造成包裝緩衝結構體設計越複雜。(2)資訊產品包裝設計中之「緩衝空間的大小」、「內緩衝結構瓦楞紙的楞別」、「裱面紙的基重及破裂強度」、「芯紙的基重及破裂強度」、「包裝外箱瓦楞紙的楞別」等的預設數值,會隨著產品重量提高,而提升緩衝結構體設計預設數值的等級。經本研究所建構出來的最適當之緩衝結構體設計應用模組,可使設計人員在執行資訊產品瓦楞紙包裝緩衝結構體設計時,能更有效、更簡易的完成最適當包裝,進而達到結構簡單化與保護產品的目的。 |

Under the stimulation of the trend of ”Green Package”, the applied modules of information products in cushion structure for packing design measures up the trend. About cushion structure for packing design method, it focuses on piling up the designing experiences and the related suitable cushion structure for packing design which are offered by manufacturers. Therefore, this study has researched 7 main kinds of corrugated paperboard cushion structure for application and references: structure for stability, structure for cushioning, structure for combining stability and cushioning, structure for dividers of partitions, structure for joints, outer packaging carton and other assistant materials. Discuss the proper cushion structure designing module of information products packaging. Through the data collected by focusing group interviewing, it inducts some conclusions. (l)The weight and volume of products, the complex of forms, the attribute and the preciseness of products and the fragility of products will change various kinds of pre-set data value level of cushion structure designing. And it contributes to the complicated cushion structure for packing design. (2) With the raise of the product weight, the pre-set data values of the cushion space of information products packing design, the flutes of corrugations of corrugated paperboard of the inner cushioning structure, face corrugated basic weight measurement G-data and bursting, basic weight measurement G-data of the flutes paper and bursting and flutes direction of outer packaging corrugated paperboard will arise the pre-set data value level of cushion structure for packing design. By the most suitable applied modules of the cushion structure which was constructed by this study, it enables the designers accomplish the most suitable packaging more efficiently and easily when designing the cushion structure designing module of information products packaging. And attain the goal of simplifying structure and protecting products. |
