歐共體反規避反傾銷的法律是世界各國現行反傾銷法中最為完善，富有特色的反規避立法。本文緊密結合其實踐情況，對其實體和程式方面的主要法律規定進行了深入，詳實的分析研究。在此基礎上，提出了應對歐共體反規避調查的相應對策和借鑑歐共體經驗完善中國反規避立法的具體建議。
