Because general condominium owners usually are not interested in participating condominium conference, and the resident without condominium ownership qualification, according to Condominium Administration Act, can be elected member of important management committee, such as chairman, administrator or finance, who can manage, maintain and control of finance of whole condominium. According to the research of this article, the non-ower resident assume the office of important committee is not appropriate in practice and legal. This article discuss potential risk and then make a comment.
