民國96-105年政府所推動的「長照十年計劃」,已逐步建構長照服務體系,但面臨人力與服務量能不足問題。長照十年計劃2.0,針對過去長照實施不足之處,提出以社區化、普及化且平價化的長照服務架構,擴大服務對象及創新服務項目。培植A級-社區整合型服務中心、擴充B級-複合型服務中心、廣佈C級-巷弄長照站,提供民眾在地、即時、便利的社區照顧及預防性健康服務。護理人員在長照專業人力中佔最多數,護理人員可扮演直接照護、個案管理、照顧管理、機構經營者等角色。因此,護理人員需要熟知政府長照政策、積極參與人才培育、與創新服務模式等,並提升科技與資訊能力,以發揮護理專業功能。 |
英文摘要 |
In 2007 - 2016 years, the "Long-term Care Ten-year Plan", promoted by the Government, gradually built up a long-term service system. But it faced a shortage of manpower and service capacity. In view of the shortcomings of the past, the 10-year plan 2.0 proposes the community-based, popular and parity of the long service framework. It expects to expand the service targets and innovative services. To cultivate class A - Community Integrated Service Center, expand class B - Complex Service Center, and widely distributes Class C - LTC Lane Station. It aims to provide in place, immediate and convenient community care and preventive health services. Nursing staff accounted for the largest number in the LTC professional staffs, nurses can play a direct care, care management, institutional management and other roles. Therefore, nurses need to be familiar with the government's long-term policy, actively participate in personnel training, and innovative service models. As well as to develop the technology and information capabilities to expand nursing professional functions. |
