管理學中有很多可以朗朗上口的成長策略,例如差異化、成本領導、多角化、企業併購等,但是現在有越來越多的人討論仿生物界的成長策略-商業生態系統,這是一種撇開過去單打獨門,追求互利共生與系統性成長的模式。傳統的策略管理,由外而內思考企業的定位和競爭優勢,商業生態系統則是思考如何領導共生與共成長的商業網絡。兩種不同的思維模式,為當代企業帶來截然不同的商業模式和格局,當然也需要不一樣的管理技能。
