產學研發合作為企業從外部取得科技資源的重要來源，然而許多學者指出學界協助業界發展產業技術，合作上存在著許多困難，產學研發合作成效普遍認為尚存改善空間。本研究目的從廠商角度探討建構適當的知識移轉機制，期使提升產學合作績效及合作持續性。研究對象為『教育部補助技專校院與產業園區產學合作計畫』的補助廠商，針對173家參與產學合作的企業進行問卷調查分析。調查結果顯示，產學合作過程，雙方的知識移轉機制未正式化，例如無明確規範雙方義務的互動討論或學生實習，無法保證合作雙方都能得到預期效益，將無助於產學合作績效；而知識移轉機制若於企業內部制度化，雙方在產學合作過程明訂合作目標、劃分合作權貴及執行細節，並組成特定團隊進行合作，將有助於提高產學合作績效及持續未來合作。
