本研究目的旨在探討表現併腿直膝慢舉倒立者成敗間之差異,以一部攝影機記錄19位男子體操選手所表現的併腿直膝慢舉倒立動作,再依所表現動作區分為成功者、失敗向前者與失敗向後者三組,利用獨立樣本one-way ANOVA分析三組間之差異,研究結果發現在併腿直膝慢舉倒立起始位置,表現成功者的肩關節至腕關節水平距離平均值顯著大於失敗向後者;在整體動作表現上,失敗向復者的身體重心至支撐軸的總平均水平距離顯著大於成功者與失敗向前者;在最後控制階段,水平速度的大小是影響姿勢控制的原因之一。綜合以上結果本研究提出下列建議:初學併腿直膝慢舉倒立之選手,在動作起始位置時,手與腳間的距離應越靠近越好,且肩膀需前傾至最遠距離,當雙腳離地後肩膀需用力支撐但不能前傾,此時大腿在上舉階段需加快速度至水平位置後開始放慢至完成靜止動作,同時肩膀需用力撐開肩角至倒立位置,如此才能成功完成併腿直膝慢舉倒立之動作。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to compare the successful and unsuccessful performance of pike body press to handstand with legs together. In this study, a two-dimension analytical system was realized by using a camera to record 19 gymnasts' performance. According to their performance, three groups were divided: the successful group, the unsuccessful forward group and the unsuccessful backward group. The one-way ANOVA was used. The significant differences were considered at p<.05. The results showed that the successful group was significantly longer than the unsuccessful backward group on the average horizontal distance of the shoulder joint to the wrist joint. The unsuccessful backward groups were significantly longer than the unsuccessful forward group and the successful group on the sum of the average horizontal displacement of COM to the wrist joint. The horizontal velocity was the most important reason in influencing postural control in the final static phase. Based on the results of this study, when gymnasts performed this movement feet and hands should be as close as they can in the beginning. And their shoulder moved as forward as possible. When their feet took off from the floor, the shoulder should be held. Then they increased the leg speed in the press phase and decreased the leg speed when legging through the horizontal position until the final static phase.
