本研究旨在建構一套體育後設評鑑標準,做為判斷體育評鑑方案價值及優缺點的準則,以及體育評鑑規劃與實施等的參考。為達此目的,本研究以得懷術問卷,蒐集評鑑、體育、學校體育、社會體育及體育行政等領域共17位專家學者之意見,經三次問卷調查後達成共識,研究結果如下:提出一套「體育後設評鑑標準」,內含評鑑規劃、評鑑設計、評鑑實施、評鑑結果、及結果運用與檢討等5個構面,共計60個標準;得懷術具備意見溝通及匯聚之功能。之後,提出後續研究及後設評鑑標準實務應用之建議。 |
英文摘要 |
This study established a set of meta-evaluation standards of physical education in order to estimate the values and merits for evaluation, and to provide feasible criteria for formulation and implementation. The Delphi technique was used to investigate 17 experts in the areas of evaluation, sports professionals, school sports, social sports, and sports administration for collecting the data. After three rounds of questionnaire survey, it was concluded that first, this study was able to construct a set of 60 meta-evaluation standards of physical education with five dimensions including evaluation formulation, evaluation design, evaluation implementation, evaluation results, and the application and assessment of the results. Second, the Delphi technique was an appropriate research tool for opinion communication and integration. It was recommended that more follow-up studies should be executed for the applying the standards to the evaluation of physical education. |
