背景:本研究的目的在探討運動前攝取碳水化合物對阻力運動後荷爾蒙反應的影響。方法:本研究的受試者為10名有規律阻力運動習慣的男性大學生。受試者在實驗前皆接受最大肌力(1RM)測驗,隨後,分別進行攝取碳水化合物(CHO)與安慰劑(CON)等2次實驗,每次實驗間隔7天,每位受試者在阻力運動開始前60分鐘攝取增補劑,隨後進行阻力運動(3組;75%1RM強度進行10次反覆;8個動作;每組休息時間為5分鐘)。在運動前60分鐘(pre-60)、運動前立即(pre-exe)與運動後0、15、30分鐘(P0、P15、P30)時抽取靜脈血。本研究以相依樣本二因子(實驗處理×時間)變異數分析(ANOVA)檢驗內分泌的反應(胰島素、生長激素、睪固酮、皮質固醇)在不同實驗處理下是否有顯著差異。結果:研究數據分析後發現CHO組在阻力運動後生長激素(P0)與胰島素(P0、P15)的濃度與CON組相較顯著提升,而血清睪固酮(P0、P15、P30)和皮質固醇的濃度(P0、P15)與CON組相較則顯著下降(p<.05)。結論:阻力運動前攝取碳水化合物顯著提升運動後胰島素與生長激素的反應,降低睪固酮濃度,並且抑制皮質固醇的分泌。因此,本研究建議阻力運動前攝取碳水化合物可以使阻力運動後荷爾蒙的反應更趨向合成。 |
英文摘要 |
This study examined the effects of carbohydrate ingestion on acute hormonal responses to a single bout of resistance exercise (RE). Ten university male students regularly performing RE participated in this study. All subjects performed a RM test, and then performed two treatments: carbohydrate (CHO, 1g/kg) and control (CON) in counter balance order. All subjects took in supplement 1 hour prior to RE, and then performed RE (eight exercises, 3 sets of 10 repetitions at 75% of 1RM). Blood samples were collected prior to supplement intake (pre-60), immediately prior to RE (pre-exe), and 0, 15, 30 minutes after RE (P0, P15, P30) for analysis of testosterone, cortisol, growth hormone, insulin, glucose and lactic acid. Each experiment was separated by 7 days. In this study, the statistical analysis of a two-way analysis of variance (treatment by time) with repeated measures was applied. After RE, CHO's response of insulin (P0, P15) and growth hormone (P0) were significantly higher than CON. The response of testosterone (P0, P15, P30) and cortisol (P0, P15) were significantly lower than CON (p<.05), but there was no significant difference on blood glucose, lactic acid between CHO and CON (p>.05). The results of this study indicated that intake of carbohydrate prior to RE increased the response of insulin and growth hormone, decreased the concentration of testosterone and inhibited the response of cortisol. Thus, this study finds that intake of carbohydrate prior to RE can induce hormonal responses as RE is favorable for anabolism. |
