本研究的主要目的是以Kohlberg的結構發展理論為基礎，編製適合國內運動選手使用的運動道德問卷。本研究以國內大學甲組運動選手為對象(n=165)，透過重測信度、內容效度和Spearman等級相關進行問卷之信效度檢核，結果發現本研究所編製的運動道德問卷具有簡易性和有效性，並可針對大量樣本進行施作，且為了擴展運動道德領域的研究，可採用此一問卷進行測量與調查。

The main purpose of this study was to develop a Sport Moral Questionnaire to measure athletes’ reliability and validity, based on Kohlberg’s structural development approaches. One hundred and sixty five college athletes were participated as subjects in this study. The collected data were analyzed by re-test, content validity and Spearman rank correlation. The result indicated that Sport Moral Questionnaire had good reliability, validity, and easy to administer. The Sport Moral Questionnaire could be used in related domain by future researchers.
