本研究的主要目的為觀察柔道選手於12週的訓練後肥胖指標與組織傷害指標的關聯性。以14位大專甲組柔道選手為研究對象,經過12週的密集訓練,於訓練前、後測量血清肌肉損傷之生化指標、體脂肪。研究結果發現:經過訓練後體重、體脂肪顯著減少。血液葡萄糖、乳酸、肌酸酐濃度增加及天門冬胺酸轉胺酶、肌酸激酶活性增加;三酸甘油酯、總膽固醇、尿素氮濃度下降。肌酸激酶為肌肉損傷/再生指標,其明顯增加反映選手的實質訓練強度。本研究結論:本研究最重要的發現為,運動選手血液中的肌肉損傷指標愈高者體脂肪減少的效果愈好。這個結果暗示著運動訓練造成肌肉再生使全身含碳資源重新分配偏向肌肉,使脂肪組織下降肌肉組織增加,強度愈高,碳資源重新分配的效果愈好。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between obesity measure and tissue damage marker in judo athletes after a 12-week training program. Pre- and post-measurements were conducted on 14 male elite judo athletes, who participated in a 12-week regular exercise training program. Body weight and body fat of athletes were significantly decreased during this training period. The analyses of plasma biochemical parameters, including glucose, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase (CK), lactate and creatinine levels were increased after training, whereas the levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol and blood urea nitrogen were decreased after training. Since CK regarded as a valid marker of muscle damage/regeneration, the increased plasma CK levels after exercise training reflect that training improved the strength of judo athletes. We conclude that the magnitude of weight decrease is closely associated with the amount of muscle damage during training. Our results implicate that exercise-induced muscle damage/regeneration may influence the magnitude of carbon source redistribution between muscle and fat. Greater traumatic challenge may lead to greater fat reduction due to more muscle growth.
