本研究目的為比較8週準備期高負荷量(volume load, VL)肌耐力訓練對優秀女籃選手反向跳(countermovement jump, CMJ)力量─時間(force-time, F-T)曲線之變化。以8位國家隊女籃選手參與本研究,肌力訓練介入階段以提升肌耐力為目標,進行準備期每週3次、8週高VL肌耐力訓練。比較高VL肌耐力訓練前、後在CMJ之F-T曲線中跳躍高度(jump height, JH)、峰值力量(peak force, PF)、峰值力量發力率(peak force rate of force development, PFRFD)、正向衝量(positive impulse, PI)以及動作時間(movement time, MT)等參數之差異。研究結果發現經過8週高VL肌耐力訓練後,PFRFD呈現顯著下降,且MT顯著提高,JH則呈現些微上升。本研究結論認為經過8週高VL肌耐力訓練後優秀女籃選手在CMJ的PFRFD顯著變慢且MT顯著延長。未來的研究應該評估CMJ在不同訓練階段下的F-T曲線變化。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 8-week high-volume load (VL) muscular endurance training on countermovement jump (CMJ) force-time (F-T) curve in elite female basketball players. Eight female basketball players from the national team participated in this study. The high VL training was aimed to develop muscular endurance, which was conducted 3 times per week for 8 weeks during the general preparatory phase. At least 2 CMJs were performed to evaluate the changes of F-T curves after high VL muscular endurance training intervention. This study compared the CMJ parameters, such as jump height (JH), peak force (PF), peak force rate of force development (PFRFD), positive impulse (PI), and movement time (MT) before and after 8-week training period. The results showed that the PFRFD and MT reached statistically significant differences after 8-week high VL muscular endurance training. However, JH remained relatively unchanged, even the values were marginally higher after training. We conclude that 8-week high VL muscular endurance training significantly decreased PFRFD and extended MT. Further studies are needed to evaluate the F-T curve changes from the CMJ through the different training phases.
