因過量服用降血壓藥引起急性腸繫膜缺血：病例報告及文獻回顧

降血壓藥物的使用對於有高血壓病史的老年人是非常普遍的。在急診室經常發生病人在家裡自行量血壓時，發現血壓異常升高，因緊張過度，短時間內服用過多的降血壓藥物，造成頭暈眼花、冒冷汗、心悸、四肢無力等類似低血壓、反彈性心搏過快的情形，而被家人緊急送醫。通常只要在急診室觀察及給予一些輸液補充的初步處理，大致可恢復正常。在此提出一位因過量服用降血壓藥物－長效型鈣離子阻斷劑造成急性腸繫膜缺血，因早期診斷及早期手術治療的成功病例，並回顧相關文獻，作爲一線臨床醫師參考借鏡。

The use of blood pressure lowering drugs for the elderly who have a history of hypertension is very common. However, in the emergency room, there were patients rushed to hospital by their families had used to make their own blood pressure at home, and found an unusual increase in blood pressure. They had taken more blood pressure lowering drugs in a short period of time due to extensive nervousness. Sonly, they had suffered from lightheadedness, cold sweating, palpitations, weakness of limbs that are similar to symptoms of hypotension, rebound tachycardia. As long as being observation in the emergency room and given some liquid supplement intravenously for the initial treatment, they wound return to normal in general. We proposed a case report and literature review about the result of use of excessive blood pressure lowering drugs-a long effect type calcium channel blockers to cause acute mesenteric ischemia and successful to be cured due to early diagnosis and early surgical intervention, as a front-line clinicians to learn from.
