單一冠狀動脈是一罕見的先天性冠狀動脈異常，患者可能無臨床症狀或偶見於心肌缺氧病患。我們報告一位不穩定心絞痛女性病例，冠狀動脈血管攝影顯示源自右主動脈竇的單一冠狀動脈，且在左主枝有明顯狹窄病灶；在接受經皮冠狀動脈血管成型術治療後，症狀緩解。多切面電腦斷層可顯示及區分不同型態的單一冠狀動脈，並提供最適切的治療方式。

Isolated coronary artery is a rare congenital coronary anomaly, which may be asymptomatic and occasionally detected in patients with myocardial ischemia due to atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. We describe a 77 year-old female patient with unstable angina. The coronary angiogram showed the presence of a single coronary artery arising from the right sinus of Valsalva with a significant stenosis at the left main coronary artery. The stenosis was treated through percutaneous coronary angioplasty with complete relief of symptoms and without evidence of myocardial ischemia at 6-months follow up. Multidetector-row computed tomography (MDCT) was effective for subtle discrimination between different types and provided excellent visualization of the coronary arteries and is therefore helpful in determination of the most appropriate management.
