促進學校教育革新的關鍵－轉型領導

教育改革能否成功，深繫於學校教育之革新，更賴領導者的經營擘劃，面對二十一世紀社會不斷變遷及各種教改措施的推陳出新，學校領導已非昔日注重合法權（legitimate power）、獎賞權（reward power）、強制權（coercive power）等科學管理的領導模式所能勝任，因此，本文從社會發展脈絡、教育改革趨向、學校文化特性，以及領導理論變遷等面向尋繹因應新世紀學校教育革新所需之領導─轉型領導，次透過文獻的歸納整理耙疏轉型領導之梗概，末則對如何運用轉型領導有效促進學校教育革新提出以下幾點看法：一、培具領導魅力、提供適切楷模；二、發展共同願景、傳達高度期望；三、提供智性刺激、強化組織學習；四、鼓勵參與決定、轉變學校文化；伍、給予個別關懷、活絡組織氣氛，以營造學校成為學習型組織，有效提昇教學品質及學校效能。
