學校為政治性的組織,而決策則是蘊涵著一系列互相影響、適應和協商的正式和非正式活動的政治過程,隨著國內學校權力結構重組,學校組織決策展現的多元參與,可從多元主義觀點、利益團體觀點來談,儘管目前國內呈現的決策模式仍較傾向原本的上下支配權力關係,但已逐漸朝向多元權力主體共同參與發展。學校行政人員、教師及家長的心態均宜有所調整,正視達成合作關係前的衝突,採取適當的因應策略,以期確能達成學校組織決策多元參與之「權力共享」意涵。 |
英文摘要 |
Schools are inevitably political organizations. Decision-making is the political process which includes a set of interactive formal and informal activities. Following the re-organization of power structure, the article employs the perspectives of pluralism and interest group to explore school decision-making process. Though now school decision-making still presents authoritarian relationship, it have alter toward multiple-power body s participative decision-making process. So school administers, teachers, and parents should try to change their mind, pay attention to the positive meaning of conflict, adopt the suitable tactics, and establish the relationship of “power with”. |
