本文旨在探討知識經濟時代的領導理論。研究者綜覽國內外有關領導理論之研究文獻，發現在知識經濟時代對領導的意義有了新的詮釋，包含1.對領導意義的重新界定；以及2.對領導概念的再評估。此外，也重新建構領導者的新思維，包含：1.視領導是一種歷程；2.重視團隊領導。再者，領導權力基礎的典範也轉移：重視素質影響力、倫理與知識管理。最後研究者探究知識經濟時代的領導理論，包含：1.非正統的領導；2.企業型領導；3.願景領導；4.催化領導；5.分配領導；6.女性領導；7.倫理領導與道德領導。
