學校革新中不可忽視的面向：談教師領導

世界各國進行學校重整計劃的重要關鍵，在於共享決定(shared decision making)與教師專業化，其中促進教師領導的發展，已成為正式學校領導的重要環節。近二十年來，教師領導成為國外因應此波教改運動而生的重要議題，對此有不少相關論述。但國內目前對教師領導的研究則是闕如。因此本文嘗試探討教師領導的發展背景與相關意涵，闡述其對學校革新的影響與未來可能的發展趨勢，並經由國外的經驗與論述，建議國內實行教師領導之可行作法。
