“組織再造”一路走來－一位教師兼行政人員對學校政策實施之回顧

學校組織再造是「應時而生、隨時而變」的一項教育政策，也就是尋求一種「創新型組識」，以應變現今社會的需求，才能期望永續生存。在此環境下，「國民中小學組識再造及人力規劃試辦方案」已於91學年度在各縣市展開試辦，除了朝向樹立學校團隊的組識文化與內涵，提升教學專業和學生受教品質外，彈性化組識及總員額量管制相輔相成的原則下，賦於學校組識彈性調整之空間。 根據Jorgensen所說「從現場到問題」選取研究對象的方法，本文將就一個案學校實施組識再造的過程，從初期的試探摸索期到中期的調適修正期，以至目前的穩定進行期，以一位行政人員的角度去探討「組識再造」政策實施之問題與解決方法。

School restructure is an educational policy which emerges for the times and alters along with current, and it seeks an organization of innovation to meet the need of today's society, and expect to eternal management. On this circumstances, the policy ”school restructure of elementary and junior high school” had been operating in every county since 2002, which aim at establish the culture of school, promote teacher's professional skill and student's learning quality, in principle of flexible organization and control the total numbers of person, providing school the space of elastic adjustment. According to Jorgensen-that through ”From on-the-spot to the question” theory choosing the topic of research is an ideal method This article is going to discuss the problems and solutions about a school which implements the policy of school restructure, as an administrant look back on the school policy performance.
