The 21st century is an information, scientific technology, liberalization, democracy, multiplication, and internationalization society. ”Today's leader, tomorrow's world.” The leadership on the line is the essential ability of the school leader and it is a goal which the school leader has to work hard in the future. The research according to the ideas of the leadership on the line, the principles of the leadership on the line discusses school management. There are seven points in the research. First, from ”adapting question” to drive and establish the back comment. Second, from ”pursuing new and change” to communicate and establish the comprehensive quality control. Third, from ”going to the balcony ” to handle whole and establish the security of school environment. Fourth, from ”political thinking” to cut in and promote the management of public relation. Fifth, from ”the well distributed conflict” to construct and build the culture of organization transformation. Sixth, from ”entering and going out” to train and promote the ability of question solution. Seventh, from ”the calmness” to base and transform the resistance strength to the boosts.
