國民中學教師教學領導之建構與發展－以學習領域召集人為例

學校是以教學為主的服務性組織，而學校各種領導當中最能直接影響學生的學習莫過於教學領導與課程領導。學校之教學領導不應侷限在校長身上，學習領域召集人也可以是教學領導者。因此，學校教學領導除了校長及教務主任必須承擔較多的責任之外，教師兼任的各學習領域召集人也應扮演著關鍵性角色。質言之，本研究的目的為建構學習領域召集人教學領導之行為層面，並探討學習領域召集人在進行教學領導上的遭遇困難及其對教學領導的觀點。 本研究以台北市、台北縣及桃園縣之十六所國民中學各學習領域召集人為研究對象，並以回收有效問卷109份進行分析，主要研究發現可歸納如下：1．國中學習領域召集人教學領導之行為層面包括：1．發展學習領域教學任務與目標；2．確保學習領域教學與課程品質；3．協助學習領域教師專業成長；4．提升學習領域學生的學習氣氛；5．創造支持性的工作環境等五個行為層面，且具有良好的信效度。第二、受試者認為學習領域召集人推動教學領導的主要為「召集人授課時數多，沒有足夠的時間進行教學領導」、「權力有限無法影響教師」及「教師專業自主性高，召集人的影響力有限」。第三、在10位召集人中有69.7%的受試者認為學習領域召集人「沒有必要」進行教學領導。最後依據研究發現與結論，提出建議以供推動教師教學領導及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to construct the dimensions of instructional leadership of subject leaders in junior high school. There were 118 copies of questionnaire issued; 109 collected as valid. The major findings from statistical analyses were as follows: 1. The dimensions of the instructional leadership of subject leaders in junior high school can be classified into 5 dimensions. 2. The barriers of appplying instructional leadership of subject leaders were included professional autonomy of teacher, lacking time, lacking power and so on. 3. Further suggestions on instructional leadership of subject leaders and future research were provided.
