「故事領導」屬於新興的領導理論,逐漸受到企業界與學校行政領域的重視。故事領導是指領導者將欲影響部屬或欲傳遞給部屬的訊息、願景與價值觀等,透過編選、敘說與傳播「領導故事」的方式來進行的一種領導方法。為使學校領導者在學校行政中能更有效地進行故事領導,本文試圖提出故事領導的應用歷程,並針對學校行政情境,提出學校領導者運用此應用歷程時須注意的相關事項。故事領導的應用歷程包括三個階段:「故事形成」階段、「故事敘說」階段,以及「成果分析」階段。 |
英文摘要 |
Story-leadership is a new theory of the organizational leadership. The concept of story-leadership has been attracted more and more attentions by business administration and school administration. Story-leadership is one of the leadership's methods, it means that the leaders intent to affect employees or to communicate the information to employees through storytelling. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the applicable process of story-leadership in the school administration. The applicable process of story-leadership comprises three stages: the stage of ”forming stories”, the stage of ”storytelling”, and the stage of ”analyses of effects”. |
