兩位校長符號管理可以從校長的談話、行動、環境佈置加以印證,也可以從師生的言行辨別和顯示出來。它傳達了宣示、凝聚、規範、助長、制止、權威等訊息,顯現了辦學理念、權力象徵、管理風格、學校意象、教育意象等意義。這些訊息與意義使學校事務可以正常運作,印證了「符號隱含了較其自身更深遠的意義,表達了較其原本內容更豐富的意涵」。校長符號管理是「一座橋」讓校長在學校的管理發揮功能,並且分享其思想、意義與價值;它也是「一把鑰匙」,讓校長們省思自己管理學校的風格,開啟通往未來實踐智慧的大門。

英文摘要

The symbol manages for two principals can not only be proved and showed by their speech, actions and environment arrangements but the words and deeds of teachers and students. It conveys the messages of assertion, agglomerated, rule, encouragement, interdiction and authority to reveal the meanings of school ideas, authority symbols, management styles, school images and education images. These messages and meanings make school business can work regularly. These also can prove symbols connote further meanings and express more abundant implication. The symbol manages of the principal is a bridge to let the principals stimulate school management to work and share their ideas, meanings and values of school management. It's also a key to help them reflect on their styles of school management and open the door to practice future wisdom.
