本研究以文獻分析法及訪談法來探討由全球化觀點談校長創新卓越領導。訪談對象為九十六年度教育部校長領導卓越獎獲獎者(包含台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市),藉由訪談發現,這些學校教育領航者深具全球化教育觀點及人文尊重、多元學習、主體創新的領導思維。學校領導經營要能引領學校保有自我價值的主體性,融入全球化的教育思維,進而創新學校文化,以迎接全球化時代高度競爭挑戰,應落實下列創新卓越領導策略:(一)了解全球教育思潮,擘畫學校創新遠景;(二)善用資訊科技產物,拓展師生全球視野;(三)建構知識分享機制,提升學校競爭能力;(四)善用策略聯盟模式,永續學校校務發展;(五)營造學習精進組織,構築終身學習情境;(六)悅納多元創新異見,激發變革創新動力;(七)落實多元文化課程,創新主體教學活動;(八)踐行教育行動智慧,突破市場化的宰制。 |
英文摘要 |
This research employs document analysis and interview to discuss innovative leadership of primary school principals from the perspective of globalization. Interviewees, from Taipei County, Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County and Hsinchu City, are winners of ”Excellent Leadership of Principal” given out by the Ministry of Education. Through interviews, I discovered that these award-winners have global education perspective and philosophy of education such as respect for humanity, multi-learning and mainstay innovation. Leadership in primary schools must maintain each school's subjectivity, integrate global educational thinking and innovate school culture so as to address challenges in a globalized era. Therefore, principals should (1) understand global educational trends and formulate visions for school; (2) make good use of information technology to broaden faculty and students' horizons; (3) establish mechanism for knowledge-sharing to enhance schools' competitiveness; (4) capitalize strategic alliance to sustain development of school affairs; (5) build environment for learning organization and lifelong learning; (6) accept different ideas to stimulate innovation; (7) implement multi-cultural curriculum and innovate subjective teaching activities; (8)carry out educational wisdom for action to clear limitation posed by market. |
