從校園食物中毒的危機事件中,學校單位和衛生單位都很重視校園食品的衛生,但是這些中毒事件仍然出現在校園中,危及學生與教職員的健康,不得不讓人對這些校園中毒事件再度提高警覺,因此,本文係對校園食物中毒的危機管理作探究,內容包含食物中毒的定義、食物中毒的類型、食物中毒的預防、食物中毒的處理、校園食物中毒的危機管理階段、校園食物中毒的危機管理運作、校園食物中毒的危機管理策略,共七大部分,以供學校與衛生相關單位做為參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The food poisoning in school campus has been concerned by society, school and parents. For it lowered down the damage of health for students, teachers and administrators to minimum, to solve the campus food poisoning by effective crisis management. This article has seven parts. It would understand the meaning, kinds, prevention and deal with of food poisoning, and crisis management's development stages, operation and strategies of campus food poisoning. The article would attempt to offer those crisis management's development stages, operation and strategies of campus food poisoning to educational administrators and faculties, and to promote their crisis management's competence on campus food poisoning, and let our students learning with safety and growth with healthy in educational situation. |
