組織變革是一種持續不斷的過程。近年來,學校組織面臨許多結構性的調整,其目的乃是為了增進學校組織效能,提升教師教學品質與學生學習成效。自實施九年一貫課程之後,學校評鑑的範圍更全面性。因此,學校組織變革與學校評鑑著實互相影響甚深。 本文分別從學校組織變革意義、特徵及歷程與學校評鑑意義、方式及功能談起,探討學校成員處於組織變革歷程中,對於實施學校評鑑的過程所面臨的問題,歸納與分析文獻中對現今國小實施評鑑的利弊,最後歸結如何在學校組織變革的年代中,轉化學校組織變革與學校評鑑之間的關係,建立一個公開透明、良性互動的學校評鑑的組織氣氛,以創造教學相長的教育環境。 |
英文摘要 |
Organizational change is a constantly process. In recent years, school organization confronts many structural changes. The purposes of these changes not only increase the effectiveness of school, but promote the qualities of teaching and learning. Under Grade 1-9 Curriculum, the range of school evaluation is more completely than before. Therefore, school organizational change and school evaluation affect each other. This article consists of several parts. The first part, it explores the concepts of rganizational change and school evaluation. The second part, it explores school members confront many problems in school evaluation by the four frames of organizational change leadership of Bolman & Deal. Finally, the author poses the implications of organizational change in schools for school evaluation, including transforming the relationship between organizational change and school evaluation, building open atmosphere of school evaluation, creating nice environment of teaching and learning. |
