英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study is to discuss the meanings and characteristics of servant leadership, and it's enlightenment to classroom management for elementary teachers. This article stresses that servant leadership is a kind of subordinate-centered leadership; the leaders are willing to listern with empathy and to step into subordinates' heart to help their growth. Altruism is an important trait of servant leadership because its' main spirit is to serve. At the end, it describes the enlightenment of servant leadership for elementary teachers to four aspects of classroom management: student learning, regular class performance, classroom climate, and class rapport. |
