有關國民中小學師傅校長辦學經驗與智慧傳承的理念與做法越來越受到重視。本文探討國中小師傅校長辦學經驗與智慧傳承的幾個相關議題，包括師傅校長辦學經驗與智慧傳承的多元目標、師傅校長扮演的多元角色、師傅校長可運用的技巧，以及可以參考的實施程序。本文以尋求教育領導真正的改變與進步為結語。

The idea and practice of mentoring for elementary and secondary school principals have become a focused issue recently. This paper investigated the multiple objectives, roles and skills of the mentoring measure for elementary and secondary school principals. It also described the practical process of implementing the measure. In conclusion, this paper ended with hoping the real change and improvement of educational leadership.
