本研究的目的在探討國民小學校長轉型領導與教師組織承諾之關係。本研究採取文獻分析與調查研究的方法。調查研究以高雄市公立國小547位教師為研究樣本。蒐集資料後分別以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關進行資料分析。本研究得到下列結論:一、校長轉型領導情形頗佳。二、教師組織承諾情形頗佳。三、年齡較大、服務年資較長、兼任主任或學校規模在25-36班之教師,知覺校長轉型領導行為分數較高。四、教師年齡較大、服務年資較長或兼任主任或師專、師範學歷之教師在教師組織承諾分數較高。五、校長轉型領導與教師組織承諾兩者整體呈現正相關。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the relationship between principals' transformational leadership, and teachers' organizational commitment in elementary schools. The study adopted literature review and questionnaires as the research methods. The subjects include 547 teachers in certain public elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. The collected data are analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and product-moment correlation. The conclusions of this study are as following: 1. The general situations of principals' transformational leadership show positive response. 2. The general situations of teachers' organization commitment show positive response. 3. The scores of Principals' transformational leadership are higher in those schools where teachers are elder, having more teaching experiences, being managers or the scale are between 25 to 36 classes. 4. Teachers who are elder, having long service period, being managers have higher scores in teachers' organization commitment. So do those teachers who graduate from teachers college. 5. Principals' transformation and teachers' organization commitment show positive correlation. |
