領導理論發展從傳統與權威走向參與及授權,然而此發展仍無法因應以全球知識為基礎的組織環境,因此自我領導理論應運而生。自我領導是影響領導者自我與組織成員的理論,能提升個人與組織績效。亦即透過自我領導訓練能提升心理績效、正向熱誠、工作滿意與自我效能。本文旨在探討自我領導的概念發展、研究現況與未來展望。首先,論述自我領導的概念發展;其次,探討自我領導的研究現況;接著,分析自我領導的未來展望;最後是結語。

英文摘要

The progression of leadership moves from traditional and authoritarian to more participative and empowering. Nevertheless, this evolutionary progression of leadership was not entirely adequate to meet the challenges of the global knowledge-based environment of contemporary organizations. Consequently, self-leadership has emerged. Self-leadership theory can be described as the 'process of influencing oneself' as opposed to the influence of leaders over followers. Self-leadership can lead to enhanced individual and organizational performance. Individuals who received the thought self-leadership training experienced increased mental performance, positive enthusiasm, job satisfaction, self-efficacy. The purposes of this paper include: (1) to understand the concept development of self-leadership; (2) to understand the present situation of self-leadership; (3) to understand the future prospective of self-leadership.
