社交媒體已經成為現代社會中傳播訊息的重要工具,雖然社交媒體為人們帶來了相當大的便利性,但亦可能造成個人隱私權的損失,根據調查結果顯示,越來越多青少年習慣使用社交媒體與朋友進行溝通,因此,如何保護他們的隱私已成為關鍵的社會議題。本文透過文獻分析,首先探討社交媒體的意涵與發展,其次討論社交媒體所造成的隱私權損失,藉由相關案例說明如何教導青少年正確使用社交媒體,最後建議社交媒體服務供應商、政府、學校及家庭訂定相關規範與機制以保障青少年的隱私權,並為他們提供一個安全的在線環境。

英文摘要

Social media has become an important tool in modern society. Although social media have brought many conveniences to the public, it may cause the loss of privacy. According to the survey results, there are more and more teenagers being used to utilize social media to communicate with their friends. Therefore, how to protect their privacy has become a critical social issue. By using documentary analysis, the study claims that the definition and development of social media first, then the loss of privacy for social networks and explain how to teach the teenagers to use social media correctly through taking some specific examples. Finally, the study suggested that the social media producer, government, school, and family may set relevant regulations and systems to protect the privacy of teenagers and provide them a safe online environment.
