本研究旨在探討青少年之自尊與懷孕風險之現況及其相關性。研究係以立意取樣的方式,選取台北縣市六所家事職業學校的學生為施測對象,正式樣本數為1,008位,實得有效樣本共計999位,有效回收率為99.4%。研究所使用之測量工具包括三部分「個人背影資料調查表」、「自尊量表」及「懷孕危機量表」。施測所得之資料分別以百分比、次數分配、平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析。 研究所得之結果如下:(一)青少年的「自尊」程度為「中度」之狀況;(二)「青少年懷孕風險」傾向於[中等]之狀況;(三)青少年之「懷孕風險」會因個人背景因素中之「年齡」、「年級」、「縣市」、「居住型態」的不同,而有顯著差異存在;(四)青少年之「自尊」與「懷孕風險」呈現顯著低程度之「負相關」。 根據上述研究結果,建議青少年重視自我的價值,尋求自我潛能的發展,建立正确的性觀念,主動尋求避孕諮詢服務。此外,學校應加強對學生之輔導,維持與學生間的暢通管道,瞭解學生之想法,針對高年級學生提供多元的心理諮商服務,推展有效預防青少年怀孕的计划。政府须鼓励教师进修「两性关系与性教育」,并参考国外「青少年怀孕预防」的政策。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between self-esteem and risk of teenage pregnancy and the correlation between self-esteem and risk of teenage pregnancy. A reliable and valid self-report questionnaire was used to collect data for this study. The population of this study was the lOth—l2th vocational high school students in home economics in Taipei during the school year 2000-2001. Purposeful sampling included 999 (99.4%) students. Statistical analyses used in this study included descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance and Pearson product moment correlation. The major results of this study were as follows: (1) Adolescents'“self-esteem” was “moderate”. (2) “The risk of pregnancy” was “moderate”. (3) A significant difference existed between” risk of teenage pregnancy” and “personal characteristics” among variables including “age”, “grade”, “city vs. county”, and “living pattern”. (4) There was a negative significant correlation between “self-esteem” and “risk of teenage pregnancy”. The conclusions of these results indicated that personal characteristics and self-esteem are likely to correlate with the risk of teenage pregnancy. Both family and school systems should help students establish their sense of self-concept, morality and ethics, foster harmonious love relationship, emphasize the importance of sexuality education, by offering a series of appropriate courses, and offer counseling services. |
