本研究旨在建横一個「教學领導能力量表-教師版與學生版」,並考驗量表之信度與效度。「教學領導能力量表-教師版與學生版」分為教師與學生兩部分,可以測量在教學過程中教師及學生對教學領導能力的認知情形。本研究首先概述有關教學領導能力的相關研究,接著介紹該問卷的理論基礎、問卷內容、施測程序和分析結果運用。經分析367位教師及9,054位學生的施測資料,結果發現此測驗的信度及效度尚屬不錯,而驗證性因素分析的考驗結果,顯示所提出的理論模式與資料適配。 |
英文摘要 |
This research aims to develop a ”Leadership Competency Assessment Instrument, teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire”, and conduct reliability and viability tests. There are two parts in the ”Leadership Competency Assessment Instrument, teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire” to measure teachers' readiness of leadership competencies in the process of teaching. Analysis is also approached from teacher and student perspectives. This study firstly reviewed related studies on instructional leadership competencies and followed by the theory background, questionnaire content, sampling procedure and the application of the questionnaire. 367 teacher and 9054 student questionnaires indicated that the instrument reported satisfactory reliability and viability. The factor analysis also indicated that the theory model matches collected data. |
