《方丈記》是由鴨長明(1155-1216)執筆,仿效『池亭記』所寫成的一種「記」的文學,文中顯示出作者長明的無常觀,為日本鎌倉期初期具代表性的散文作品。諸多先學研究皆指出《方丈記》一書結構嚴謹,長明在撰寫該文時,應經過嚴密推敲與縝密思考才是。平安末葉至中世期的日本文人歷經時代激烈變動,除了佛教以外,亦試從各種書籍中尋求心靈的慰藉與依歸。本稿重新聚焦《方丈記》序章的內容,考察長明如何理解無常現世,並檢討中國文學對《方丈記》序 章的成立扮演著何種腳色等問題。 |
英文摘要 |
"Hōjōki," written by Kamo no Chōmei, is a short work belonging to "Ki" genre, following the pattern of "Chiteiki." It is a representative work of the early Kamakura period, showing the author's attitude toward impermanence. Many studies have indicated that "Hōjōki" is a well-structured book which should have been done with close scrutiny and careful thought. Experiencing the intense change of time from the late Heian period to medieval period, the Japanese literati turned not only to Buddhism, but also to a wide variety of books for comfort and mental support. This paper aims to refocus on the prologue of "Hōjōki," to examine Chōmei's comprehension of the impermanent world, and to study what kind of role Chinese literature played in this prologue. |
