本研究爲探討目前國內休閒農場資源設施以及其可供爲國小校外教學使用之資源,以次級資料分析、郵寄問卷、電話訪談等方法針對全省三十八間休閒農場經營者痂調查,玀結果如下:一、目前國內之休閒農場類型以經營果園爲主二、多數的休閒農場提供之服務設施雷同,對於資源的運用差異性不大,有待深入開發。三、在休閒農場所舉辦的校外教學以生態資源運用最爲廣泛,生產及生活資源的運用則較少,活動形式以參觀、體驗爲主。四、多數農場經營者認爲與學校及教師的互動不足,難以推廣。在此對休閒農場的經營者提供二項建議:一、著重於以農場特有的資源來提供學校校外教學課程所需二、主動提供教師各種與農場資源相關之資訊,並鼓勵學校教師與之共同發展具教育意義之課程活動。如此一來,休閒農場不僅能增加客源,學校亦有良好的校外教學地點可選擇。

英文摘要

This study attempts to investigate the application of Taiwan recreational farms to elementary school extramural education programs. The study conducted secondary data analysis, mail survey, and telephone interviews. After studying 38 farms in Taiwan, the results show: 1. Most recreational farms still based on agricultural operations. 2. Many recreational farms provided similar service. 3. The ecological resource at recreational farms was often arranged in extramural education programs. However, the resource for agricultural producing and living did not frequently apply to extramural education programs. 4. Many farm managers pointed out that the cooperation between the school and farms were not established well. According to the study results, there are two suggestions. First, the recreational farms should take their special resource into consideration in developing extramural education programs. Secondary, the farm managers should provide the information about the resource at their farms to school teachers, and also encourage school teachers apply their resource to develop significant extramural educational programs.
