本研究將臺灣南區國小學生對學習型態偏好之調查結果,設計成「職前教師工作坊-學習方式的選擇與運用」實驗方案,以長榮大學教育學程四十位自由報名之師資生為研究對象。實驗組與控制組成員於實驗處理前後均實施「適性教學信念量表」與「對國小學生學習型態偏好之預測」。實驗組於實驗結束時並完成「職前教師對工作坊內容重要性認知暨意見調查表」。結果顯示:實驗組在適性教學信念、對國小學生學習型態的預測精準度上都優於控制組,實驗組成員對於學習型態工作坊之內容重要性也給予高度肯定。

英文摘要

The purposes of the study were to explore the effect of ”the pre-teacher's workshop for learning style”. We chose 40 pre-teachers in the Program of Studying for Education Credits in the Chung Jung University as samples of the Pre-teacher's workshop. It indicated the following information: The methods we used in dealing with the experiment of the pre-teacher's workshop have a clear and obvious contribution to the two points-first, the pre-teachers' belife of adaptive teaching. Second, the precision of the pre-teachers' predicition to the primary school students' preference for learning style. Otherwise, the ways of dealing with the experiment made the pre-teachers of the experimental group to affirm the importance of many kinds of learning contents used in the pre-teacher's workshops.
