本研究採用組織學習理論檢視新產品團隊的去蕪學習與獎酬的交互作用是否會對產品創新績效產生影響。本研究以147個高科技企業的新產品開發團隊為樣本,使用多元階層迴歸分析驗證假設,獲致下列研究結果:一、長期導向獎酬會對去蕪學習與產品創新績效的關係產生顯著的干擾效果;以及二、風險承擔獎酬會對去蕪學習與產品創新績效的關係產生顯著的干擾效果。本研究也根據實證結果衍生相應的理論與實務意涵。

英文摘要

Drawing on the organizational learning perspective, this study examines how team unlearning interacts with rewards in influencing product innovation performance. Based on a sample of 147 new product development teams in the hi-tech industry, we used hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The results showed that: (1) long-term-oriented rewards enhance the relationship between unlearning and product innovation performance, and (2) risk-taking rewards positively moderate the relationship between unlearning and product innovation performance. We also provided theoretical and practical implications.
