臨床護理教育正面臨許多挑戰,如何改善教學策略以提升護理教育品質是刻不容緩的議題。在以「學習者為中心」的教育模式下,教育者的挑戰是要依據學習者的特質及需要,改變教學策略。中心靜脈導管照護為腫瘤科護理人員最重要的照護技術之一,且以實證照護為基礎、病人中心導向的醫病共享決策為癌症照護趨勢,將運用情境模擬於臨床護理人員教學,並將醫病共享決策的概念融入教學活動,能增進新進人員對於中心靜脈導管照護及醫病共享決策的能力。本文分享筆者在臨床教學運用的經驗,期望作為未來護理教學之參考。

英文摘要

Nurse educators are encountering challenges in actual medical settings. Therefore, modifying current teaching strategies for enhancing the quality of nursing education has become an urgent concern. Based on the student-centered education model, the challenges that educators encounter typically involve modifying teaching strategies according to the needs and characteristics of learners. Nursing care of central venous catheters are important skills for oncology nurses. As the paradigm in healthcare nowadays is the evidence-based, patient-centered decision making, the issue of shared decision making (SDM) is highlighted in cancer care. We use the simulation and combine the SDM to teach new nurses. This paper aims to share the experience in clinical teaching for improving future nursing education.
